Carolyn Lankford
Agency Owner
A Huntsville native, I am a graduate of Lee High School and have a degree in Family & Child Services from Auburn University. I also have an MBA from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. After working at the Huntsville/Madison County Mental Health Center for several years, I began my career with Allstate in 1989. I have always had a passion for helping people and enjoy assisting our customers to make sure they are properly positioned for a successful future and to cover all of life’s uncertainties.
Over the years with Allstate, I have been fortunate to receive many awards including Inner Circle Elite 5 times, Circle of Champions and Leaders Forum 8 times, National Conference 4 times, and Honor Ring 13 times. All of these awards are based on customer satisfaction, retention and agency growth.
In 2012 I was awarded the Allstate Agency Achievement Award as the top agent in the Southeast Region and again in 2013 as the number two agent in the region. Most recently I was appointed to the Agency Executive Council comprised of only 14 members nationwide whose purpose is to meet with Allstate Senior Leadership regarding corporate initiatives.
Because of our agency’s commitment to the Allstate X the TXT initiative, I was selected to Ring the Closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange in May 2012 for Global Youth Safety month commemorating Allstate’s 20th anniversary as a publicly traded company.
The greatest honor I have received as an Allstate Agency owner is being named the Southeast Region’s 2016 nominee for the Allstate Ray Lynch Award for Community Service. I am a big sister in the school-based mentorship program with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, a member of the Women’s Economic Development Council, Affiliate Member of Women’s Council of Realtors and a supporter of HEALS, Inc. CASA, and the Land Trust of North Alabama.
I enjoy running, traveling and spending time with my husband Mike, daughters Justine Antoine and Lauren Battle, son-in-law Drew and grandson, George.
